Biography
Shi Guangsheng (born 1940) served as Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation from 2001 to 2003. On 11 December 2001, he signed the Protocol on the Accession of the People's Republic of China to the WTO in Doha, Qatar, on behalf of the PRC, formally completing the legal procedures for China's accession and representing the country at this historic occasion.
